Cos someone watching doesnt like you to use words which might cause offence. Like you cant say **** or ****** or ******* or even ****** *** here either.

There are many answers to your question, but no one has really spoken about the concept of words. They DO hurt more than sticks and stones. Words themselves, like fire, can be used to help or hurt. Fire gives us warmth and allows us to cook food. But don't put your hand on it or light a match in the middle of a dry forest. If you're a dog breeder and using the word, it's perfectly all right. If you're using the word to insult a woman, it's the opposite side of the coin. So, choose your words carefully and use them in the proper context.

Because most times it is used in the wrong way.
If your asking a question on breeding your dog then possible.
But 9 out of 10 times it putting someone down.
I also hate sp#####, as it used wrongly a lot of times too.
I am glad that they monitor what people say.

The same reason you can't use a55, d1ck or c0ck - even when using the 2nd as a name and the others as animals.
Because they have other meanings and Yahoo filter out ALL usage of a word based on that.

The word, while it is a female dog, is also an offensive slang and Yahoo is trying to be a nice neutral place for people of all ages and feelings.
