don't tell me just sit around?

Work it, Irish, work it. That's the way to make it stronger. A contented heart is one whose owner has stopped challenging Life, and is most likely to "sit around", and just fade away, like the grin on the Cheshire cat. There's a whole world of wonderful things to do out there, all needing to be done.

i dont know what you would do with a contented heart. i know what i expect it would be like to have a contented heart. this is what i see it being like.
the love of my life beside me doing the things we both love doing together, enjoying the adventures the good the bad and the ugly. all the while knowing that the person next to me is more important than just about anything else, and that she feels the same way. i have to believe that a contented heart would be liberating. no games, no tests, no worries. as far as what you can do, thats easy. whatever you want to do. for me sitting around would be hard, so i would be active. dont quite know what that means but i know that i wouldnt be overly worried about it.

Real love is dynamic........it is ever increasing, and it is divided into two main categories...

*Milan (meeting)
*Viraha (seperation

Real love is called Prem.
It is spiritual by nature, and all powerful. It can be had only with God, because souls in material bodies that grow old and die, can only experience temperary love.

There are many stages before we reach Prem bhakti.
First stage is called

*saranagati (surrender)

the final stage before PREM is called

*bhav bhakti (at this stage one experiences intense emmotions and ecstatic symtoms appear on the body)

Eternal Prem is so intense that our physical bodies would can not bare the force of it. In other words, if we attained Prem, or divine love of God, our physical bodies would die.

Feel blessed that your heart is content. If you have no problems then maybe you could help someone else who is not feeling so content.
