It is not okay to make someone fall in love with you and then leave them over a bet. Haven't you seen all those movies? Seriously that is not a nice thing to do at all.

As for the question, you cannot turn lesbians straight or bisexual, straight folk gay or bisexual, or bisexual folk either way.
I consider it rude that you'd even make a bet about orientations .

That is a truly awful thing. I really think we are programmed to be straight gay or bi so you might as well bet you can make a person change gender by just looking at them for long enough.

No. That is a shady and mean thing to do, and even if you somehow succeeded--which probably wouldn't happen, because people's sexualities aren't that easily manipulated--you would hurt the other girl involved.
So no, it is not "okay".
