Both lakers and Wolves get screwed. Bobcates and the suns soar. It may be interesting if it happens but its more wishfull thinking than a chance in reality. Good combination though.....

Only thing is timberwolves got the bad deal on it. Lakers got a good deal because there are potential good basketball players and a rising star in Emeka Okafor.

Dear Kyle S,
The Lakers would never trade Kobe without getting a superstar in return for him. And Kobe's no trade clause would definetly not land him in Charlotte.
The deal wouldn't work out.
