Need to know soon as we started having our patio dug up today...and workers are more than willing to dig a partial hole for the pool. We are in Oakland CA..anyone with an "Endless Pool" nearby to try would be GREAT!!

An Endless Pool is a great tool for the competitive, serious swimmer or triathlete. Also great for rehab and sapce-restricted areas for those who enjoy lap swimming but don't have room for a large pool.

Maintenance reminds me more of a spa or hottub than a pool. you don't have to vaccum or anything like that. Once you get the initial balnce ot the water chemicals you only have to check it once or twice a week. The filter thing runs for about six hours a day and we have never changed the water because they said to only do it every other year. It stays pretty clean but ours is inside so I can't vouch for the outdoor one.

Hope this helps!

They feel strange at 1st.
They will make you abetter a swimmer as the current accentuates all your bad form.
Phone the company, and ask where they have one set up for demo near you (I always try them at race expos, it's easier for a pre race workout than finding a pool LOL)

i've used one once and it was great, its an easy way to keep fit and improve your swimming technique, however it can become repetitive x
