Yes it is a little big for your age.
Make sure you get good supportive bras for you as you get bigger.
If it ends up being a problem with your health (back pain, etc) you should look into relieving those issues through a reduction (that can be covered by insurance, it covered my reduction from a J cup to a C cup100%).
Oh and make sure you are in the properly sized bra. Go to Nordstroms or JCPenney or Sears (Victoria Secret can't size big breasted women correctly, I've tried them and they are crap) and get fitted for a bra. When that is done get some good supportive bras for you :)

whoa!im 13 and i have a 38 A ..but mine are tiny ..it depends if you are big ...my friend id overweight therefore she wear a 42DD
