where you can get free on line counseling or anywhere that offers free counceling to people who cant aford to pay and have no insurance??

There are a number of good on-line sources. It depends on where you are and whether they are in touch with your type of issues.
BEWARE.... there are predators out there....
and avoid religious instituitions if at all possible.

Serch for for "Grow" , they are a self help group, run by people who have problems and help each other. try the net to find a group near you or Yellow pages
