Mobile to mobile is not inter-carrier, only within the same company (Amp'd to Amp'd OR Verizon to Verizon, not Amp'd to Verizon).

The individual plans on Ampd mobile does not include any mobile to mobile. However their share plan of $60 per month do offer mobile to mobile with only Ampd Mobile customers. No mobile to mobile calls to Verizon Wireless customers.

I dont think so. And I have the same phone and my sister has virizin and it doesn't work like pay as you go. So stay with your cingular network. Okay. :-)
