It's about 1:30 a.m. and i have to be up by 6 a.m. but just can't manage to fall asleep.

Exactly the same here. We both should be asleep by now.
The 1st thing to do to accomplish that: Turn off your PC!
2nd: I hear taking a glass of warm milk helps you fall asleep easier, as well as reading something, while listening to soft instrumental music. I think that's what I'll do, I don't know about you.

Its summer I havent seen the sun for a good 2 weeks lol. If you cant fall asleep just turn on an episode of the Tyra Banks Show and your knocked out.

Hey, same time here but I'm off work tomorrow! You should still go lay down and turn off the lights. It will help you fall asleep. Also, lay off the caffeine drinks a couple hours before bed. Sometime I read and that helps too.

Yes, I should most definitely be asleep at the moment. Alas, I have more chemistry papers to grade, totals to tally up, and grades to put into the gradebook. *sigh* And I have to be up in about 5 hours. I like being an organic chemistry geek sometimes and TA'ing for classes, but at times like this I wonder how much those chemicals have affected my brain.

I thhink it is about that time hear too yea I'm goning about 4 hours out of town at 7 in the morning is'nt this so much cooler than sleep.

Its 8-21 am here and Ive been up from 6-15 am and I have to go to work in 40 mins Grrrrrrrrrrrrr......sorry you cant sleep..
