we vote for what we want.... i live where no one wants busing system, we whine and sit in traffic, but we don't want more taxes taken from us cause we see no results from our local government.
funds being spent elsewhere , somewhere near our governors's home....while we pay the highest rate of taxes we get the least amount of government perks, like roads without holes, a post office would be nice, maybe a store within 10 miles or how about a school ..... road congestion leads to more road congestion until we get everyone pitching in an paying taxes and not just a few of us paying for people who don't work ! or paying the way for the extra wealthy who just write it all off from their bookkeeping .
oh well , who said life was to be fair ..... best set up a lemonaide stand and make a few bucks and enjoy chatting with the motorists while they bake in their cars ....whoa, i 'm tired and rambling....sorry

I suppose environmental if it meant people got so sick of it they decided to use public transport...not that you would reach your destination any quicker because the public transport system is inconvenient and inefficient!
