Yes: I was riding my dad's bike when I was 14 or so. I'm a chick, but it was still very painful: I was sore for about a week: I'm pretty sure I had a bruise on my pelvic bones.
I immediately jumped up when it happened.

OMG Yes!!! I fell to the ground holding my crotch and crying! It has been the worst thing ever so much so I don't ever kick a guy in the groin unless it is an emergency (like he is attacking me or something).

Yes I did, to make matters even worse, I ricocheted into the goose neck on the handlebars.
