Your facial hair will start to grow. You'll probably get acne because your sebaceous glands start producing oil. Your jaw, cheek bones, and brow might look heavier. You'll start to lose "baby fat." Your Adam's Apple might look bigger. Your hair might get darker and thicker. That's pretty much it until you're about 30.
