I hope you're not trying to say that Bush should have commuted Paris' sentence. (I was amazed, I never thought that Paris Hilton could actually complete a sentence.)
Actually it makes you wonder what he would do if one of his own daughters got into a "Hilton-esque" situation.... Not unlikely cept for the secret service escort (actually I think that's a question worth posting!)

Oh, you are forgetting Paris comes from big money and power, also. If her parents could have bought off the judge she would have done no time. Her situation was altogether different then Libby's. This is a girl that should have had a lesson to learn. No sympathy from me for her.

Yes. Paris really didn't do anything that bad but the judge wanted to set an example to show that just because you're rich doesn't mean that you're above the law and to teach her a lesson. Libby on the other hand has shown that corruption is acceptable and that Bush hates America.

You're comparing a "deer (& a faun- at THAT!)" with a well "heeled" -Crocodile! Paris's "crime" was for behaving like a spoiled inguine. Libby's was deliberate & premeditated. The REAL question here is; WHO is the greater "threat" to our Society... -and is there any REAL question here- at all... :(
