How can you tell when the "mollera" of a baby has fallen?

A mollera is where the fontanel (the small gaps in the skull at the top of the baby's head) have sunk in. Normally it will be possible to see and feel lightly, a small depression where the fontanel is but a large dip there indicates a condition that needs medical attention.
It could be due to fever, dehydration, or severe malnutrition, or other condition. All require a doctor's help immediately.
