if your system is a desktop box, you should be able to open the case and tease it out from the inside. turn off and unplug your system. discharge any static you carry to a ground ,or better yet, use a wrist strap. open the case. if the sound plug is mounted on a card, remove the card with a small Philips driver, or unclamp it as appropriate to your system, try pushing/teasing the prod out with a toothpick from the inside. if the connector is a solid block , look carefully at the card and see if there is a grommet or ring nut you can unscrew to get at it. some cards have a mount plate that can be unscrewed, and may provide just enough extra space to be able to extract it with a pair of needle-nose pliers or such. Be gentile, and if all else fails, a electronics repair person can probably desolder the connector and replace it on the card.
