I guess I'd rather be a cotton ball. I think because I would be soft and helpful for many different reasons. I don't think I would like to be a tissue and beused just for sneezes, snotty noses and the such. Yet, both can be yucky! Although, I still would rather be a cotton ball.

I would rather just be. Whether it's a Kleenex or a cotton ball, it is just an appearance, an illusion of what I think I am at the time.

I would rather be a Kleenex, Kleenex was something revered as a child in elementary school. My substitute teacher in 1st grade reprimanded me for blowing my nose on a Kleenex once and then throwing it into the trash. At that point, I knew it was something special. I don't mind snot that much, either.

a cotton ball. a kleenex is used for things like blowing your nose and "wiping" things that I don't want to mention. besides cotton balls are rather cute, they're like little clouds rolled up in this little ball....i kind of want to jump in a huge pool of cotton balls now...

May I opt for being a Q-Tip instead?
I'd prefer ear wax over the mucous of Kleenex or the astringents [makeup remover, rubbing alcohol] of cotton balls.
Then again, if one was turned into an inanimate object, they would cease to have consciousness.
