You will create new memories that will cause the bad ones , if any from childhood to at least fade into the background so that you are not stuck confronting them repeatedly . This will happen in spite of any current feelings that may be difficult and seem impossible to shed. You have an inner strength that may not have been tapped yet but it will come to you in time.

I am not scared of anything. Just don't like snakes or spiders.
Fear is not of God it is a spirit. It can suck the life right out of ya if you let it.((HUG))
2Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

yes, I have memory flash backs all the time, when someone walks up behind me I duck my head because I think they are going to hit me in the back of my head. It's that childhood thing!

No. It is possible to overcome fears if you choose to face them. And you can also be mature adult if you choose to be responsible.
