Not sure what the question is here....

If you were drunk, loud, abnoxious, or rude to people or the police (one or any combination of the aforementioned, although it is not limited to that, but those are the typical situations...it is a catch-all for bad or lewd conduct in public), this usually qualifies as disorderly conduct and the police can arrest you for it.
