You have to go back to Iran then enter the United States directly from there without any Canadian papers. You have to be a refugee from a country which is designated a country whose personal liberties and life are under threat.
An alternative is to go to the United States from Morocco after getting recognized as an Iranian refugee by the United Nations agency looking after Refugees. Morocco is recognized as a transit zone for refugees. You will only be granted a refugee status anywhere if you prove that your life is under threat not anything else. No where in your complaints have you implied that your life is at threat.

you cannot request refugee status in USA from Canada any more - that loophole has been closed with the safe third country rule. You are a Canadian citizen so your lives are not in danger in Canada. You can however immigrate to USA - thats perfectly OK to do - you just have to qualify. If you apply for refugee status in USA from Canada, your application will be denied.

Anyways; upon closer inspection, most accusations of "racism" are trumped up charges made by people like you who just can't sell their "art".
And no, you WONT be treated "equally" unless either:
A. You were born in Canada and still live there
B. You immigrant to Canada and spend five years paying taxes.
If you're an immigrant, then you should expect hard times.

Do you really believe it is that bad in Canada??? I checked your bio and it is so full of untruthiness (nod to Steven Colbert) that I feel sorry for your cynicism. Canada is the land of opportunity NOT guarantees. Your lies on your bio of an animation class cost in Canada being up to $150,000 and in L.A. being $100 is so absurd that one can only guess your motive.
If it is so bad here, return to where you came from. Please leave Canada and don't bother with the US as you are not worthy of their great land also. Here's a suggestion...maybe its your attitude.
