Is everyone in this country nuts? There are questionairres all over the internet that will guide almost anyone to some disorder they never knew they had. I am not, by any means, mocking those who suffer greatly from a real disease. I'm simply asking if some of these conditions--or, at the very least--their symptoms aren't too generalized by...oh, I don't know...pharmeceutical companies...to include the maximum number of potential patients.
Have you ever seen a commercial, an online survey, anything, that made you wonder if you didn't need medication? I have. It's pretty easy when the questions are so broad. One supposedly legitimate questionairre asked, "Do you feel fatigued during the day?"
"Is it difficult to get out of bed in the morning?"
"Are you 'down'?"
Points were given based on the frequency. I answered about once a week, briefly, on half the questions. The results?
You guessed it. I have social/ occassional/ mood syndrome /disorder.
My question?
Is it us or them?

To clarify, nope, not Korean. Nope, not a killer. Yes, probably a little crazy.
The question I asked was to be answered after you read THE WHOLE THING!
It seems (with the amount of commercials I see on AMERICAN television) that drug companies are pushing us into believing we have disorders.
Are we really suffering from these things, or are we simply led to believe we need medication?
