For me it depends on how it fits into the rest of his aesthetic- if it's part of a general skeeziness, then no, not a turn on. If it's just a casual sign that he actually understands how fun nipples can be, then heck yeah, definite turn on.

I think that when a woman sees a guy with his nipple pierced, she would immediately get the impression that he's kinda like the dangerous and sexy type. It's a turn on for some women but for others, they would think that he's kinda unstable (or should I say, not quite ready to stop having fun and settle down) and wouldn't really make good relationship material. Although such prejudices are unfair, it was society who built the stereotypes.

depends..if you are hot and have a nice body- maybe a turn on- personally i dont think i would be turned on, i would rather just not mind it. but if you just think you are hot and don't have a nice body- turn off
