Probably it is a Nigerian scam. Ignore it if you have received any offer from them. Take care, don't lose your money.

I too have received a contract from SANGHUAI CEMENT INDUSTRY, but it is a fraud, don,t get trapped into it. How can someone give you any contract without even verifying your experience and qualifications. Convey it to maximum number of people so that they could not get into it.
