No. The ACLU only takes on cases upholding the constitution. Bush has trashed our constitution and it's amendments.

When a President is being impeached he is being investigated by the house and the tried by the Senate. He (or she) does not have legal counsel in the traditional sense, so no because it's not appropriate.
Plus, I'm not sure what free speech or civil rights issue Bush could be impeached over. Anything he might possible have done does not revolve supporting the bill of rights, but around possible violations of them.
Do you really mean would the ACLU represent Bush over a free speech or other civil rights issues even though they don't agree with him? They pretty much think he's shredding the Constitution. However, the ACLU has represented the KKK and Nazis while saying that as offensive as their message was they have the right to speak it, they have the right to peaceably assemble, and so on. I'm guessing if the KKK and the Nazis weren't too much to stomach they could handle Bush.

Dreams, they are a terrible thing to waste....He will never be impeached cause he has done nothing wrong. The ACLU is a communist organisation, is that why the libs love it so?
