Quick Help: Connecting ProxyCap with CCProxy?

I have 2 computers. One is the proxy server running CCProxy. And the other computer has ProxyCap to target an online game. My question is how do i route the Proxycap to my other computer's CCProxy? Like I sort of need a step by step explanation.

you can not connect a proxy to a proxy, sorry.....
