What video format for motorola c975?

I have tried putting videos on my motorola c975. i have a card that i put it the phone and then i take it out and plug it into the computer. I have tried putting 3pg videos on my phone a few times but when i try play it on my phone it says "format not supported" Help plz

Your Motorola C975 only supports MPEG4, WMV, WMA, MP3, AAC, MIDI and XMF multi-media files.
