i like have absoulty no hoops, any advice or will i just get stronger as i grow older

if u stretch and do toe lifts you'll be able to touch the rim in no time im 13 and 5"9' and it really helps

You could and might still grow a bit more, but chances are that it will be minimal...perhaps 1 or 2 inches more tops.
You are 6'1" already and at such an early age...that is great and not common.
Re: basketball...just practice, practice and practice.....you will reach rim and you will dunk...you'll see.

Work on jumping in place, do straight vertical jumps up a wall. Try to reach for a higher spot each time.

When walking up stairs, try to walk on only your toes and push up as you move to the next step. Doing this will help strengthen your calves.

Any kind of calf raise exercise will work, but try to work you legs as a whole group. Jump rope is good cardio and a good calf workout.

i was 6'1 when i was 14 and couldtn touch rim, but i got a basketball hoop and lowered it and started dunking on it and 1 week later i was actually grabbing rim, now i can grab it on vert and dunk, itll work

you are really tall and when go through puberty you get stronger but try weight training
