I don't know, but my life isn't going well at all. It's screwed up and I blame it on the rain. I think God's telling us we need to get our act together or else.

It's not raining so much everywhere, just some places. There are always some places in the world that are getting extreme weather. Where I live, we have had less than 4 inches of rain in the last year, and none at all for months.

good question. The flip side, why isn't it raining in other areas? You either have it, or you don't.
