Looking at both companies their are advantages and dis-advantages to both. The two big differences are the price points of the jewelry which cookie lee seems to have a better value. And the compensation plan which Cookie lee seems to edge out Lia Sophia. Do your homework on both and I bet you will decide to go with Cookie Lee which offers more of a percentage of prof fit of the sales and a better compensation plan.

I looked into both before becoming a consultant myself, and I definitely think Cookie Lee is the better choice! The experience I have had with Cookie Lee is incredible--they are such a supportive company--Cookie Lee herself is very involved with the consultants. To me, it's very much a family company, and they are constantly finding ways for consultants and customers to succeed in life, not just in business.
On top of that, everyone I have shown the jewelry to has fallen in love with it--the designs are wonderful, and the prices can't be beat. It works for everyone!
Hope that helps! If you have any questions, you can visit my website to contact me directly. Good luck!

My wife bought some stuff from Lia Sophia. They messed up the order and tried to blame it on the sales person and refused to make it right. If you join Lia Sophia, be prepared for angry customers, slow deliveries, missed deadlines and corporate customer service will tell all your customers that call to complain that it's all your fault. My wife still doesn't have everything eight months later.
