Well its for what a cop thought he saw but he said that we were messing with a lock on a cons session stand at the park which we were almost 4 ft away from it, and we did take many pics and there is no way that the cop could of saw us in the dark even doing that because we were walking behind the building to get to our cars and he said he saw us run but i hoped on the car like nothing and he took my two friends and then i claimed that i was a witness, and he told me that i better change my story before i ended up in jail and i did not say anything else, he also did not read them there rights until he got to the police station, and searched without asking permission w/o handcuffs, and without the hands on the head (also not asking about any wepons or drugs).

Was anyone charged with a crime after all that? If not, there's probably not much you can do and not much to be done at this point. Chalk it up to the cop having too much coffee that night.

If someone was charged, they should shut up immediately and refuse to sign anything. Also, they should be allowed to speak with a public defender before their first appearance in court. If they haven't yet been able to do so, you can give the KY Department of Public Advocacy (public defender's office) a call:

If you are suing someone they may take the case on contingency. If you are charged with a crime you can get a public defender.
Finding people who will work for free will be hard but you might ask some and if it is only a little advice you need they may do it pro bono.

I'd be calling attorneys in the state - doubt if they are any good at their jobs - that they have time to hang out here and look for clients
