Your note was printed for the 4th Federal Reserve District, the bank being in Cleveland. If a series 1928 it would have been signed by Tate and Mellon. In grade fine the note sells for less than $40 up to grade extra fine it sells for less than $125. Dealers pay way less at least 40% to 50% less. I noticed dealer bid is low for this note so must not be very scarce and the retails may be inflated. Bid is $21.50 in very good to $27 in extra fine. Small size notes have been going up this year, the note is worth holding on too.

found one on ebay its a gold certificate bill tho but its 1928 and its going for 16.73 but its got 6 days left so i assume you could get alot more than the actual value of the bill for it.
