No, not always. You just have to report some people. Like people who are racist on here, that drives me crazy, and to shut them up I would absolutely report them and get them off the website.

I don't understand why people go around reporting others.
It's just so confusing to me.
What do they gain? Do they constantly check up on the person they reported to see if they were banned?
Does that bring them pleasure.

I never told on anyone...but I have reported the really bad stuff on here. I hate when they use the most awful language imaginable about children...or like that Cho fellow on here....he's a sick monkey.

YAHOO HAS GUIDELINES BUT THEY CAN'T ALWAYS KEEP UP WITH SO MANY QUESTIONS.
SOME DO GET OFFENSIVE OR TOO SEXUAL OR WHATEVER AND VIEWERS CAN REPORT THEM.
KIDS ARE ON THIS SITE AND SOME THINGS SHOULD BE DELETED.
VERY FEW HAVE EVEN READ THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.
