I seriously wanna here people views on this. If someone thinks that whatever gender they are from has less rights or unequal treatment, the other gender does also. And if ur for equal treatment then u shoudl either join or start and organisation for that.

Yeah . . . lots of feminists are sexist - they're not about equality, but getting own way. Even though I consider myself a feminist, I don't like to associate myself with the term.

Then there are guys who think women are just sex objects with no purpose in life other than popping out kids and being banged. Not that having kids and sex are bad, but you should know what I mean.

I don't want there to be another pathetic, whiny group complaining about how they're victims.

I think feminists are definitely sexist, but the equal treatment thing has always been confusing to me.

Men and women are still treated differently because they are different. And it seems that both parties still want it that way.

I think the whole thing is really all about equal pay and not equal treatment at all. Does "have your cake and eat it too" come to mind?

It's not just being cynical but everything about human beings usually comes down to money and power, and I dare anyone to factually and truthfully disprove that.

Anytime a person holds one belief to an extreme they alienate people. A lot of time when people say they want equality they want preferential treatment.

I would imagine almost any group of size will have some
sexists but regardless of the views they might express each of us has the personal responsibility to examine it for what it is worth .
