Actually, I've never wanted to get married. I don't trust guys. Maybe it has to do with the fact that my dad used to beat my mother? Could be... But no. I don't think I could do the whole marriage thing. Recently I fell in love with a man who told me that all he has ever wanted was to get married, but the sad thing is that he didn't think I was good enough... so I reject love, and love rejects me.
What about you? Is marriage something you envision for yourself?

Yes and it did become a goal later in life.

When I was younger I didn't want to ever get married because it seemed like they would all end in divorce. If I found the right man for me and I was the right woman for him...I would set a goal to make it official and get married.

I am still single and I'm not sure I think of marriage as a goal per se, but definitely a journey I want to go through later in life.

Marriage didn't use to be a goal of mine, but the older I get the more it has become a goal.

It never was the goal for me, but now I am and the goal is to stay married and happily.

Speaking from past experience, NO. A man just clutters up your life, doubles the laundry, needs to eat to much, messes up the house, gets in the way, and expects you to do things for him. It is a big waste of time. Single and happy all the way.
