She is very bitter and impossible to get along with. She will not take our child back on time. We have shared custody. She says she is sick or something and I will have to keep the child then she calls back and says I better get the child back to her or she will file charges. HELP

There are just some women that you will always be married to regardless if you get a divorced or not. Good luck. She's going to make your life miserable until the child is 18. The best you can hope for is that she gets bored playing her little games.

Uhh physco? Well keep a journal of all her oddly behaviors and then after a year consult with an attorney and take custody your daughter comes FIRST not you or your ex.

She is so trying to mess this up for you, so many woman do this, i know someone who is going through the same thing, she is just trying to get you to mess up to where you can't see your child anymore is what i'm thinking....talk to your lawyer about this and let him know that way if something happens in the future you have your butt covered...

Sounds to me like your ex is very unstable. Keep good records and document her behaviour. Document every threat, every time she is late, everthing. Good record keeping is very important when it comes to matters such as this. For your child's sake you may want to seek sole custody. Peace and God bless.

Start recording your conversations, of course you have to let her know that she is being recorded, but that might stop her retardness just knowing your recording, than use it against her.
