but his shell looks like you rubbed on sanpaper and has some cracks on the bottom of his shell. if anyone has any advise please help!!!!!!!

Everyone is correct.. you need a herp vet, not any mammalian vet. They will put an epoxy on it to close the wound. It is very serious and can get infected quickly which will lead to other problems, including a long slow death.

Here is a list of herp vets in each state. If you're not in the US, I have a list of Canadian herp vets. Good luck and hurry.

that's really bad! take him to the vet immediately! when birds try to kill turtles, they fly and drop them from a high distance.if the shell cracks, and if you don't get help right away, it could lead to a slow and painful death. good luck!

you might want to talk to an exotic veterinarian you could use the phone book to look them up

I heard that you can plaster there shell, but I wouldnt want to do it
