File a police report for the guys lewd behavior and advise the manager out in California what has happened and why you left when you did.
You could consult with an employment attorney in your State (one that works on a contingency fee basis) to see if they find sufficient grounds for a suit; however, unless you have previously reported the situation to the manager in California and giving the manager the opportunity to at least look into the problem and try to correct it...if the guy has been with the company a long time they may require him to get into counseling, or they may right out fire him. If the company owns other locations nearby, they may ask you to work at one of them instead of the one you are currently assigned to) or file police reports, it will be very difficult to substantiate you claim in Court.
If you are terminated for leaving, you are highy likely to be able able to collect unemployment even if the company disputes that you voluntarily quit because you left (especially if you follow through now with a police report and complaint the manager) for being in, at minimum a "hostile" work environment.

Legally, sexual harassment does now not ought to be sexual in nature. Any harassment is legally sexual harassment. Check nearby regulation. In the United States of America, a antagonistic paintings atmosphere is sexual harassment. This applies to guys as good as females. When humans notice that intercourse isn't a side of sexual harassment, we can marvel why it's not effortlessly referred to as harassment. I bet a few, exceptionally a few females, identical to harassing guys via hanging a sexual label on them. Call any person fats? That's sexual harassment. Call any person historic? That is sexual harassment. Bully any person within the office? That is sexual harassment. Get the concept? Edit: the ones giving thumbs downs as a rule do not know the regulation within the United States of America.

I'm really sorry you're having to go through this!
Yes ... by all means take a picture if you can with a hidden camera and have a tape recorder handy too. Keep a record of all the times he harasses you. Do you have anyone who can spend time with you in your office to protect you from him, or to be a witness?
Good luck. I hope the best for you.

Has he done it again? have you contacted the main boss in CA? You shouldn't have to leave your job, but you can work to fix the problem before you go into court.

Yes. Buy hidden camera and record that. Keep it safe the original one. Give another tape to him, and tell him, if he do that again, you will sue him.

Get a witness or two to prove what you are doing. Then contact his supervisor and demand (in writing) that this stop. If it does not, contact your state's employment agency and file a complaint. This is unacceptable.

Get it on video and then sue his ***. It is blatant sexual harassment. It should never have happened to begin with. Good luck and be careful with that weirdo lurking around.
