Find something that I know relaxes me and/or puts a smile on my face.. listening to music, watching a good show, or just venting to a friend usually helps a lot too.

sometimes i pray, and sometimes i go to the lake by my house, and swim, float on my back and look at the clouds and see how many different shapes i can find in them, of coarse there are those times to when me and my girlfriend ride in the car and laugh until we almost pee our pants until her girls tell us to quiet down so we dont wake my puppy up

if i'm feeling up to it, i go work out. if not, i like to sit and watch tv while eating a ton of ice cream.
