Now that we know this administration would give the name of a CIA operative out, and support the people who did this sick act. ( president Bush's semi pardon) who is to say that they would not give the names and addresses of soldiers, and sailors to the enemy?

I am a Republican, but I'm pretty upset with this whole thing. And I don't think I'm being unrealistic!!! They did give out the operatives name...

I believe they would if it served their purposes.
I don't believe they've ever really cared about the lives and concerns of anyone except those in their inner circle. If they were part of the democratic party, I'd feel the same about their lack of integrity.

Well, when you throw one of your own inner circle under the bus to cover for something that you could have admitted to without any legal consequences, I'd say that that speaks poorly of your character.
The President is the final authority on the classification or declassification of all official information. He could authorize Ms Plame's identity to be released without any legal repercussions whatsoever. Hell, he could have deligaged the authority to release the information to anyone he chose to and explained it away as a "bad judgement call," again with no legal repercussions. After all, how many times has he repeated the phrase, "Mistakes were made"? Of course, POLITICAL repercussions are an entirely different matter...

This administration would sell their mothers out. The conservative hogwash and propaganda would then try to use it for a matter of reverence calling their mothers evil if it supports their ideology of hate and profiteering. They've slapped the face of Lady Liberty and raped the globe for corporate handouts.
Having said this I'm retiring for the evening. I've had fun and wish everyone a good night.

YES, THIS ADMINISTRATON WOULD SELL YOU OUT! I'VE BEEN A MAN WITHOUT A COUNTRY FOR THE LAST 17 YEARS. ON JANUARY 8, 1990, I WAS ARRESTED FOR A CRIME THAT WAS NEVER COMMITTED. ON MARCH 20, 1991, AFTER THE COURT REFUSED TO EXERCISE ITS SUPERVISORY POWERS TO CORRECT AND PREVENT ERRORS AND ABUSES IN THE PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED, I WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED OF SAID CRIME AND SENTENCED TO TEN YEARS IN THE TEXAS PRISON SYSTEM. DURING THIS PERIOD OF INCARCERATION I ACQUIRED THE KNOWLEDGE OF LAW, THUS PRESENTED NUMEROUS PLEADINGS, PAPERS AND THE LIKES TO THE COURTS [ALL JUDICIAL LEVELS] IN AN ATTEMPT TO ESTABLISH MY INNOCENCE AND CHALLENGE OTHER VIOLATIONS OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, BUT THE COURTS REFUSED TO EXECUTE PROCESS AS ACCORDED BY THE LAW THAT WAS CLEARLY ESTABLISHED. I WAS RELEASED ON JANUARY 7, 2,000, AFTER SERVING THE FULL TEN YEARS. UPON RELEASE ALL MY LEGAL PAPERS AND OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS NOT RETURNED TO ME, THEREBY, LEAVING ME WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT I HAD FILED ANYTHING IN SAID COURTS.
SINCE MY RELEASE, I HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO FURTHER ABUSE FROM THE COURTS. NO MATTER WHAT I HAVE FILED IN THE COURTS, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PROPER CONSIDERATION. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT, BUT AN ONGOING OCCURRENCE THROUGHOUT OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT. THEREFORE, I HAVE DEDICATED MY LIFE TO CORRECT THESE MALFEASANCES. UNDER THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION LIFE HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY HARSH IN OUR PRISONS AND IN SOCIETY AS A WHOLE. MORE AND MORE PEOPLE OUR BEING UNJUSTLY LOCKED UP; SUBJECTED TO UNEMPLOYMENT AND HOMELESSNESS; ALCOHOL OR DRUG DEPENDENT; AND/OR SOMEHOW DEPENDENT UPON THE PRESENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THEIR CARE AND WELL-BEING.
AS SUCH, MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE LOSING FAITH AND CONFIDENCE IN OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT AND IN EVER HAVING A MEANINGFUL LIFE. SOCIETY HAS BECOME MORE VIOLENT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE FEEL THAT THEY HAVE NO FUTURE. UNTIL THERE IS A STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS IN OUR COUNTRY, THEN SOCIETY, AS OUR FOREFATHER’S FOUND AND DIED FOR, WILL BE LOST.

Then as a Republican I would expect you to do some research as to the TRUTH. The one who outed Valerie Plame was Richard Armitage who was a hold over from the Clinton Administration. If you looked at the FACTS you would see the charges against Libby had nothing to do with the Valerie plame deal at all. If you are going to call yourself a republican you WILL be expected to do your own research and get the facts. No slackers allowed in our organization. You must be young, so I'll let it slide this time. Your search field can be your friend.
