Traditionally, one attempted to avoid contact with the faerie folk—rather than court their attention.
Faeries as we think of them are thought to be derived from one (or all) of the ideas listed below.
1 — "Fairies embody a folk memory of a region's original inhabitants." (Who would often live in caves and so on, striking at night against the invaders.)
2 — "Fairies are composed of the discarded gods and diminished heroes of the old native religion." (Such is said to have been the fate of the Tuatha Dé Danaan, the gods and goddesses of pre-Christian Ireland.)
3 — "Fairies are personifications of primitive spirits of nature." (An animisitc belief, modified and anthropomorphized after the arrival of Christianity.)
4 — "Fairies embody the spirits of the dead." (Which helps explain why eating faerie food was considered such a bad thing, it might prevent one's return to the lands of the living.)
The closest thing that I can find is a reference to running 9 times sun-wise (clockwise) around a faerie ring under the full moon (a faerie ring is a ring of toadstools or small flowers found growing in the wild); this is said to allow one to hear the faeries as they laughed and talked (usually noted as being beneath the ring, though in today's terminology that would be the parallel world commonly called Elfland).
It was cautioned that one should not run widdershins (counter-clockwise) around the ring, for this would surely put one within the power of the ring's owners (and how in many stories the poor foolish humans get swept away to Elfland). There are also notes that warn against making more than 9 circuits of the ring; to do so would be to draw some nasty—though unspecified—misfortune down upon one's self.
To sit within a faerie ring on May Eve or Hallowe'en was considered extremely foolish—resulting in falling under various faerie enchantments and/or being transported to Elfland.
This doesn't quite fit your question, I know, but it is the closest thing that I can find to an answer within the research materials I have at hand.
The first web reference listed below places Elfland "in the Astral Plane." (Ugh.) It does, however, add information not contained within my personal library—though some of it is patently based upon items of modern fiction.
The second lists a few other way to attempt making contact with (or at least sighting) faeries, after a summary of what became a very widespread hoax of "photographic evidence" created by two young girls in 1917.
The third web link largely repeats the information of the first, with some additions towards the end of the article.

I've always heard nasty things can come out of trying to summon spirits and the like. Hence why I'll never touch a ouija board. Just opens you up to all sorts of bad mojo.
If you believe in fairies and spirits you could try asking for a muse or one to look out for you and protect you. Who knows you might have one already.
However before trying anything, I strongly suggest you look up spells and prayers of protection when you're asking for anything to come to you, or to come live with you. Anything can come through, good or bad, so best to ward off the bad.

I could not let you know which jobs have been created in view that I have not researched it, however I don realize he stored plenty of jobs. If GM had long gone underneath that might be hundreds of jobs misplaced. You can gripe and whinge approximately all of it you wish however actually the stimulus invoice did keep jobs. Also, I do not think it used to be his stimulus invoice. It used to be congress's stimulus invoice. Everyone continually blames the whole thing at the president while actually congress is the one department of presidency with vigor of the handbag.

Please understand that you should not call for any spirits except for the holy spirit to come into you life.
