These are theories, nothing more...

Snape: loyal to the order: Bet he had an unbreakable vow with Dumbledore as well, promising to do anything to stay a spy and find about horcruxes.

Horcruxes: The Hufflepuff cup, the snake, the locket, and something of Ravenclaw or Gryffincor. I am going out on a limb here, but the locket is at 12 Grimmauld place, where Kreacher tucked it away. RAB stood for Regulas Black, Sirius' brother who was a Death eater, but then got scared and was killed. He got scared by accidentally finding out about the horcruxes. The snake will be somewhere, possibly even attacking someone, perhaps at Godric's Hollow. I was also thinking there may still be a horcrux hidden there, since it was a sight of magic. The cup...maybe at the orphanage, or better still, somewhere in Hogwarts. As for the last, I am thinking Ravenclaw, as the spirit of Gryffindor is too diametric to Voldemort's soul to house a portion of it satisfactorily.

Dembledore: He knew based upon how the bodies were found, I am assuming. Also, he could likely sense the magic that saved Harry at the scene, and realized the actions taken to protect him.

Hagrid: Pick up Harry when? At the first book? I am sure he had information from Dumbledore. If you mean the end of "Prince" when Hagrid helps Harry up, it was fairly obvious from the flight of Snape, as well as Buckbeak's attack where Harry was.

Hogwarts: sure will, and I bet either a major battle, or even the final showdown between Voldemort and Harry happens there.

So I'll answer each of your questions individually with my theories:

Where so Snape's loyalties lie? I believe that he is fighting for himself- he will eventually side with whoever seems to be winning.
What are the remaining horcruxes? something of Ravenclaw's (I really have no ideas on this- BUT, I can't wait to find out!), locket (unknown if destroyed yet- possibly the one from the Black house?), Nagini the snake, Hufflepuff's cup
How did Dumbledore know what happen to Lily and James if there were no witnesses? I'm going to say that there were witnesses- they will probably play a huge role in book 7.
How did Hagrid know to pick to pick Harry up? Dumbledore!
Will Hogwarts reopen? Yes- it's still one of the safest places for people, and many parents will want their students to prepare themselves for what the future is, especially since the Ministry of Magic finally admits that Voldemort is back.

Reading all of these responses makes me want to read the book right now even more then I do already. I do agree, Dumbledore doesn't seem to be the type to beg....I was in shock when he was. But I don't know. He made the Vow to protect Draco, and if Draco should fail that he would fulfill what needed to be done. So, that meant killing Dumbledore. Although, it is a possibility that he made the Vow to Dumbledore as well. But I honestly don't know where Snape's loyalties lie. He has caused soooooooo much sorrow and stuff that it's hard to believe that he's good. But there actually is a big possibility, I agree.
And the mirror....hmmm. I don't know if it could be a Horcrux. But I think that's a good theory. =)

Check out this essay about trusting Snape: http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/#static:bookseven/snape

I think he's against Voldemort, and keeps saving Harry's life because he knows that Harry is the key to killing Voldemort.

The horcruxes are the locket, the goblet, the snake, and something of Ravenclaw's (I don't think that Gryffindor's sword is a horcrux, even though Voldemort obviously really wanted it as a horcrux)

I think Dumbledore got information from someone who was at Godric's Hollow. Hagrid was ordered to get Harry by Dumbledore.

Hogwarts will reopen, but it will be attacked (the back of the UK cover shows the castle, with a burned forest!) I don't think Harry will return as a student.

I can't wait!!!

Snape is a liar playing both sides.

Dumbledore is Ron. There is one remaining Time Turner, and Ron uses it accidentally. This is why Dumbledore puts so much confidence in Harry and company, because he's already lived it.

Aside form all that, Dumbledore made a Horcrux. That's why he had a "Look of triumph" when he learned Voldemort had restored his body in GOF, he knew he would be able to do the same.

Trust Snape (as my bumper sticker says)!

We know from the books that Snape told Voldemort of the prophecy when he overheard (part) of it. When he realized what Voldemort was going to do with that information, and that Lily would be involved, he returned to Dumbledore to tell him (and ultimately the rest of the Order) of the plan - thus Hagrid getting there on Sirius' moterbike. Who says there weren't witnesses?

Hogwarts will reopen under the direction of McGonagal, but our main characters will only use it as a homebase.

Horcruxes:
Diary
Ring
Cup
Locket
Nagini
[Rowena Ravenclaw item. The Mirror of Erised had clawed feet. That perhaps?]
Harry Potter

snapez character wld be defined deeply in the last book

the horcruxes nagini the snake, hufflepuff's memento and ravenclaw's memento, locket of slytherin's cnt remember any more

dumbledore wanted to be the seceret keeper of the potter's and i guess if there a huge explosion in any place ppl can come to know that a disaster by voldemort must have been done and since dumbledore knew he was after the potters then i guess he put two and two together and sent hagrid to fetch him, even sirius came to the place and demanded hagrid to give harry to him

i think hogwarts will reopen as the new order of the phoenix headquarters as the place has ancient binding charms and protections

I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

I still think Snape's one of the good guys. Dumbledore doesn't seem like the type to plead for his life. I think he was asking Snape to do the deed, as if he knew it was his destiny and was somehow important in bringing about the end of Voldermort and the Death-Eaters.

I don't think that dumbeldore is dead, i think that snape is good, and the thing about dumbledore knowing what happened to harry's parents is a very good point.

On July 21 those questions will be answered. We all have theories and speculations, but no one is certain. I am incredibly excited for the final book to arrive!
