Yes you can get it out by taking the eraser end of a pencil and shove it the rest of the way up your nose till it pops back into your mouth . No use wasting a good m & m especially if it's one of the green ones : )

Let me guess, you were stalking me again and while on stakeout, out of boredome, you said, "I wonder if this green peanut m&m will fit up my nose?" Am I even close?
Try these solutions:
1 Place thumb over other nostril as to prevent air flow completely and blow like your life depended on it.
2 Take ordinary pliers and grasp nose between plier jaws. Squeeze pliers HARD so as to break peanut m&m into small pieces, pieces at least smaller than the natural opening of your nostril.
3 Go to Pets R Us and buy a ferret. Feed ferret peanut m&ms for 10 days to have him become accustomed to eating them and increase his enjoyment from peanut m&ms. Ignore green candy coating that has begun to melt and run from your nose. After the 10th day, do not feed the ferret anything for three days. Grasp ferret firmly in both hands and hold him near your nose to allow him to detect the peanut m&m in your nostril. Lay down on the floor while holding ferret in such a manner as to allow him to maintain visual contact with the peanut m&m. When your head is on the floor, release ferret.
I haven't tried the first two methods but I know from experience the third one works. Some time between day 10 and day 12 might be a good time to make sure your teatnus shots are up to date. Good luck and let us know how that comes out!

I really don't think you could fit a peanut one up your nose. They are too big.
You, like me, have urges to put things up your nose. It's strange.
