That's a question for your lawyer. Since you have one it would not be appropriate to comment further.

Sounds like you're out on bail for both the assault charge and the eventual violation of probation charge OR you have a smuggled cell phone which you use to send Internet messages from jail. Since you say you have a lawyer, you must be out on bail and generate cash - I don't care how.

Time for a gut check. There have been many examples of men losing control and killing people - if you are one of these people, I suggest that you prepare yourself to spend time in prison and perhaps convert to Islam, find God or do something to keep your violent tendencies in check regardless of who started the problem. You could also be a sociopath who doesn't care about other people and uses violence to get what you want. Your lawyer could keep you out of prison but your actions will put you back in prison. If you don't care about whether other people die because of your anger, there is not much anyone can do....

It probably doesn't matter who started it. When you're on probation, you're expected to keep out of situations where this sort of thing can happen. Even if you are found not guilty of the assault, your probation may still be violated. Listen carefully to the lawyer and do exactly what he/she says.

Are you a man beating up on a woman? I'm sure the judge will order you into anger management when you get out of prison. Knowing you were on probation, you still couldn't manage your temper? Actions have consequences.

When you're on probation, you're expected to keep out of things like this. It doesn't matter who started it, unless she was threatening to harm you. Talk to the lawyer, do what he says, and hope for the best.

A lawyer is your best bet, family get togethers are a real drag. Go to the police and swear out a warrant on your cousin to counter her claim, only if others will testity on your side

Basicaly is up to your parole officer and the judge.

It's almost sure that your parole officer will be asked if he recomend or not the termination of your parole while the new charge is investigated. If he thinks that you violated the terms of your parole then he will recomend you to go back to jail to do the rest of your time pluss facing the new charge.
