How do you get rid of a razor bump?

The razor bump has hair growing out the sides of it, its on a males face, but the bump looks like it is healed over and staying a bump. How to treat or get rid of it. It kind of looks like its scarring into a bump and isnt going down.

there is cream available for razor bumps in the ethnic section of the mens shaving stuff

Dont Shave for about a month, always shave in one direction, hairs grows in diffirent ways so make sure u dont shave the opposite way.Or you can go to walmart and get razor stop or w.e its called.
