As if this is Bush's first crime as president. Those who still support Bush are either blind, stupid or complicit with his crimes.
Commuting Libby's senctence only opens the door to more crimes by the right-wing. The Democrats are once again up to their chin in complicity with this recent crime. Pelosi enabled it when she uttered "impeachment is off the table." With impeachment being off the table, the Bush administration is free to do whatever they please. Pelosi must have know that when she made the comment. And she must have been well aware of the many Bush crimes or there would have been no need to make such a statement.

His crime was lying under oath about talking with reporters. Obstruction of justice, etc.
He was tried by a jury who found him guilty. The judge handed down a sentence based on "overwelming evidence".
But... luckily... GOD...I mean... Bush... decided that in his infinite wisdom, the founders of this country were idiots in creating a seperate judicial branch and trial by peers.
So, since the pions on the jury couldn't understand Bush's divine wisdom - Bush had to step in and change the punishment.
ALL HAIL EMPEROR BUSH!

What are you talking about? How is Scooter Libby a traitor? Do you know any details about the case at all? Just another typical closed minded liberal ideologue.

As you can see from their answers Conservatives (at least here) ignore the facts, Scooter was found guilty but since he's one of them it's ok. They have officially drank the kool-aid on this one. If you say he didn't commit a crime, you're saying the american system that found him guilty is wrong. Also all of you who were outraged when Hilton was let out of Jail the first time, she had already done more time for probation violation then scooter did for treason. God Bless America.

I feel fortunate to live in a country where men can steal elections, JFK, GWB,, Men can be on the take from the day they get to Washington, LBJ, men, who could not be voted dogcatcher can embarass the country, RMN, men who can bamboozle, Hillary, Barack, and all the other oppostion into voting for him. And of course can mete out equal justice to anyone who can pay for it, Libby. I did 21 years in the military, helping defend this country. For what, so that this clown can sell it down the river.
July 4th I shall fly my 10ft wide flag upside down to show distress. We are in worse danger then we were 35 years ago when that other criminal was in the white house.

Well, those who watch Fox News, listen to Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, and Ann "The Man" Coulter probably think that poor Scooter Libby survived an attack by the evil and unAmerican liberals and Democrats.
The rest of us in the reality based community, think that Bush commited a travesty of justice.
I truly pray that some great harm befalls all of those who've been loyal to Bush.
They are anti-American, self-serving sh!t heads. They're a far greater scourge to freedom, justice, and liberty than any terrorist cell could ever hope to be.
I've grown to truly hate them.

Can you really be surprised at anything this President does ?
