What would happen if the main vein of my ring finger get occluded?

Or maybe if it's doen't work anymore, what can happen to my finger?

Without treatment? Gangrene. But first, it would hurt so bad you'd wish it did fall off.

If the vein is occluded, there's no blood getting to the tissue, hence the tissue will eventually die. Without circulation, the fingers nerve, tissue, and "muscles" will die. You'll probably lose the finger.
