Being a Human Being and ultimately related to every other person alive today I would say all Human culture is your heritage. But used in this text it refers to a mixture of your ancestry, race, and region/way of life. Example a French person has similar ancestry to a Cajun but they have completely different lifestyles and traditions.

Jamaican, Jewish(Israeli), Scottish, British, German, Dutch, and Indian. That's all I know of. I don't know the exact amounts of each. I think there's more, but I can't think of all of it.
