I can't seem to find the New Hampshire "protection from abuse" or Restraining order form online? Can someone please point me to the link. Thank you in advance.

the form may not be online. contact your local District Attorney/County Attorney's office, they will be able to provide you with the forms.


in my area, orders of protection come from the County Attorney's office, Family Violence Unit.

You can get one from the court! If you need one now call a Domestic Violence hotline ot call the police. An order can be issued ex parte, giving you several days to submit the document. There are Judges available 24/7
