I've been trying to grow tomato plants. As soon as the plants reach 4 leaves all the leaves turn yellow. What's going on?

How do I turn them green again or at least keep them growing?

There are so many variables. Are you watering them too much or not enough ? Did you over fertilize them ? What type of soil did you plant them in ? Are they getting proper sunlight ?

Tomato plants like acidic soil.

something is wrong with your growing medium. better have the soil analysed so you'll know what your tomatoes require

Indoors? probably not enough light

Outdoors? either you've got too much water or your soil is devoid of nutrients.

How is that for a vague answer? but I hope it helps.
