Certainly. There is no prohibition against a real estate agent selling his/her own property, as long as the agent discloses in writing that they are a licensed agent to any prospective buyer.

of course he/her can sell! if has a name in the title I do not see why not, beside that, they live in the house too, most time they own more than one house, as an investment property. It is not necessary to have a name on the mortgage, they just need a name on the deed, or title, and an affidavite.

As long as they disclose that they are an agent or broker, yes, they can do this.

My state (Maryland) says that it is fine as long as it is disclosed to the buyer in writing.
