On Mythbusters they took a pig stomach, pushed food into it (heaps) then added a drink of soda/coke - it exploded!

Yes, I witnessed this, myself. At a church picnic, the preacher exploded and showered everyone with fried chicken bones and tater salad.

No, but your body will eventually shut down because there's sooooooo much sugar and fat running through your body sooooo fast, that your body won't be able to process it all at the same pace. One by one, your vital organs would begin to go eventually if you didn't stop it would get to the point that your heart gives way.
